AgoActum was formed in 2015 to assist clients in transforming their data to meet their business challenges. We are not a data transformation project delivery house, but rather a consultancy that enables clients to do the right steps and deliver their own data transformation. Change impacts the whole business and not just IT so we always seek to have a holistic solution from customer journey analysis, through TOM to benefits realisation. Clients come to AgoActum at different stages of their data journey. We have been privileged to work on many data transformation programs since we formed AgoActum. Some of the challenges we have embraced include data security, data protection, data governance, rebuilding data and access to data. From our experience, we are able to brief clients on what issues may delay their program and potential workarounds. Once the data is available, significant data science can be performed on it, to go beyond simple Management Information reporting and go all the way to predictive data science. The need for the transformation has in most cases already been identified, but it may involve developing a business case for the transformation, outlining possible models, reviewing the state of the client through to speeding up process change.
