AGRanger is a set of cloud-based productivity farming tools that helps farmers and their teams collaborate and manage their fields from anywhere through the web and mobile devices. We are a passionate and highly talented team of farmers, engineers, data scientists, GIS programmers, software & digital expert, with 20 + years of experience working in different successful companies. The deep knowledge of our agricultural experts in the field of precision farming in South America is an asset to the team. We are located in Uruguay, between Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil. WHAT WE OFFER1. Collect: Collect data from your sensors, in-cab displays, tablets, and smartphones;2. Manage: Manage data and convert to information for improving decision making and productivity;3. Share: Share data wirelessly between operators in the same field, office, or trusted advisor. On May 2016, AGRanger officially launched out a proof of concept cloud-based version. At this milestone, we still working on building our team, rewriting our algorithms to be more efficient, and setting up monitoring and configuration management systems to help us scale. Currently we are looking to raise some additional capital from great investors. The purpose of this new funding will be to hire a few more engineers to our team and to focus on product, technology, and growth, to raise a large VC round.
