Ahf Furniture King'S Lynn

I bought a bed thinking the headboard was included. The manager who was the saleswoman did not inform me the headboard was a separate purchase. And when choosing the colour from the headboard, i thought it was included.
I complained and i was blamed, the saleswoman accepted no responsibility, and then tried to sell me a headboard. There are no signs, and no information from the store.
Sharp practice. Stay away.

Really helpful friendly staff a fantastic Sofa buying experience from start to finish. Have reduced the amount of stars because still waiting for my corner unit since the begining of December it's not good enough AHF today's date is the 30 /03/ 17 we are now sick of sitting on camping chairs if no joy when we call tomorrow will be thinking about cancelling

Absolutely terrible service wouldn't recommend them on our experience, we most certainly won't be buying from there again. Firstly the sales rep lied about the delivery date to get the sale which was totally unnecessary as we would have had the item anyway. We were happy with the product when it finally turned up. Then a week later we got a phone call from the Kings lynn branch who coincidentally were very rude, total unaware that we had received the item was going to give us a 4 week delay due to the suppliers running out of stock, then questioned the fact that it had turned up. What a shambles

Mick was very helpful in choosing my new bed. There is a very good choice at AHF King's Lynn and the item I chose was at a very competitive price, beating all the online offers, despite having to pay for delivery and removal of existing bed! I am very pleased. Thank you!
