Busy first day Sarm Music Bank today. My first day in my new Wednesday clinic went very well with Blaenavon my first clients👏🏼👏🏼

I'm was advised to see Gisele by an Audiologist who was a touch too far away from me, as I needed some impressions done for some CIEMs.



After consulting with Gisele, I thought it would sensible for her to manage the whole process of getting the CIEMs from impressions right through to delivery of the actual monitors.



The service was amazing, the level of care second to none and the whole experience generally fantastic.



When the first pair of CIEMs arrived and were not quite right, Gisele got straight on it, even coming to my office to have a talk through the issue (not the fault of Gisele, I should add).



The replacements are perfect and this I know is testament to the experience and professionalism of Gisele.



All in all, very impressed. Will 100% be using the services again.

She came, she saw, she, er, squirted goo in my ears. Great service from Gisele, impressions done fuss-free during rehearsals at John Henry's. Would recommend to any engineers or musicians in need of moulds.

Recently worked with Gisele in Brighton Concorde 2. The service was outstanding. A thoroughly friendly yet professional approach to the whole thing, making everyone involved feel relaxed and comfortable. She travelled to the show for us and managed to work around our hectic schedule whilst getting an impressive amount of work done. I can't recommend Aid2Hearing enough!

Quite possibly the best experience one could imagine. Great service, lovely personality and overall just plain awesome! I highly recommend anyone thinking of getting impressions made to check out Aid2hearing.

My son Alex suffers from recurring ear infections (he's an enthusiastic swimmer) and last summer contracted an inner ear infection resulting in a very poorly boy. He had to stay four days longer and as a family we had to split up & fly home separately....not the best holiday ever!

Determined to prevent this recurring we brought Alex to Aid2Hearing for personalised ear plugs (easy process) and off we went on this years summer holiday. The plugs were amazing and did the job perfectly! Great & easy fit and no infection which is a first given all the swimming he did! Really do recommend this site - from now on he won't be going swimming without his plugs and we'll definitely be ordering new ones as he grows. Great product!

Fantastic service! Gisele took care of my impressions for a pair of IEMs. Lovely person, super professional and skilled. Great stories too between one ear and the other :)

Contacted Gisele last minute to get earplugs to prevent tinnitus from getting worse at upcoming shows. She was very friendly, flexible with appointments and got earplugs to me in time for the string of shows I had planned. Ringing in my ears post show has been reduced considerably without losing any of the sound quality (unlike shop bought non-filter ones). Will happily recommend Gisele's services and use her in the future.
