Aidan Heritage - Magician

I don't get videos of my shows very often, so when it's my own daughter, I had the chance to get in a professional to do the video - which gives you an idea of what you get at one of my parties (no, I don't bring the food or cake to parties normally!!)

Stevenage Council have some events over the summer - including this one - not me for the Magic I'm afraid, but I'm all for anyone doing magic shows!

Stevenage has lots of holiday activities!

I have immense respect for all the mums (and dads) who make their own Birthday cakes - I have always done them for my two, but they are HARD work especially in the summer when the cake doesn't want to stay stuck together! This was my inspiration for Lily's cake - mine wasn't quite as professional but I think I got away with it! Glad I don't have to do the cakes for the other parties I entertain at though!

I wonder how many of you joined in with "beat the streets" - which was three years ago now. A great event that got people out and about (in all weathers) and discovering quite a lot of Stevenage we perhaps didn't know - not quite the same, but walking is a good form of exercise after all!

It's not magic as such, but it's amazing how our brain tries to make sense - and therefore sometimes fails completely!

At GreatKidsParties, we think that parties should create memories for everyone - and should be something different to the usual things that a child gets to do. Making parties "Smiles better" is what we do!

Another entertainer has written a helpful blog on getting the best out of a party with entertainment - help us to help you, and everyone ends up having a GREAT time - https://www.nonstopkids.co.uk/…/Problem s-Entertainers-Encou… - the only thing I suggest differently is to put balloons up as wall decorations, not floor ones -otherwise they will get burst, will create mess and mayhem before the party starts - and can cause tears when they pop too.
