Hi! I have been practicing in project management for over twenty years, and I still love it. In fact, I love it so much, I have stopped delivering training on other topics. I now focus on sharing what I have learnt works, practically, in real-life projects. Whilst I am qualified and very familiar with methodologies like PRINCE2, various flavours of Agile, the Project Management Institute's PMBOK… I like to distil the complex and jargon into a method that is simple, sensible and scalable – relevant to most industries, organisations and job functions. I engage individuals and teams with real-world practical experience, energy, enthusiasm and passion for continuous improvement. That's my other passion… continuous improvement, embodied by the Japanese "kaizen" philosophy. In addition to project management training, I also coach the founders of start-ups to get their business where it needs to be, and wired for long-term success.
