If I could rate no stars I would after booking a 6 birth caravan that stated it slept 8 for 7 people we received an email to say our booking had been cancelled due to us having to many people, so after a few phone calls we organised another only to arrive at the destination to be told our caravan has been double booked, air bnb then made out it wasn’t there fault which it clearly was an didn’t want to issue a refund, 6 or 7 phone calls later they said they would refund, will never ever use them again ruined our holiday

Booked and paid for a place in London, only to not get a reply and was cancelled. Never used Air B&B before and never will. Here's the email I got...

Awful. Our accommodation was filthy and run down and looked nothing like the one advertised. We didn’t even stay one night as to was so awful. Our host cancelled and yet we are now fighting for a refund. 3 case managers and many promises of calls from senior managers which has never happened. I have contacted the CEO and when we get home we will take Air bnb to court. Disgraceful and we will never use again
