Alas some nice flying weather!

Went yesterday to watch my son, his dad also went as a passenger nothing to much trouble from all the staff involved. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get a gift. Can't wait to go back as my son really enjoyed his flight. Thank you again made him so happy.

We had an hour flight in a 4 seat plane, Piper Cherokee. It was an incredible experience, we had a fantastic day. All the staff made the day very enjoyable and we would definitely recommend Air Navigation & Trading to our friends. We definitely go back and do more courses. Chris is an excellent instructor and he made the whole experience great fun. You can just tell he is so passionate about planes and flying. Thank you Chris and his family for such a memorable experience, kept us smiling. :-D

My partner had his first flying experience on Friday with Michael. Can't thank him enough. Excellent instructor, very patient and gave clear instructions. By the end of it he had the biggest smile on his face, better than the time he drove a Lamborghini... and he will be back again for the aerobatics (Michael, make sure it's your day off that day) lol :-)

Literally had the best afternoon ever! Had to rearrange a few times coz of the weather but got to Blackpool this afternoon on a beautiful sunny day and had an aerobatics experience on the Cessna- awesome pilot Michael who really lets you take the reigns and the best ground team ever! James is friendly, funny, makes an awesome cuppa and I will deffo be going back at the next opportunity and taking more people.



Clearly a well run family business with a really friendly feel - thank you so much for the most incredible experience!!

I've flown with a number of Flight Schools over the years and ANT is by far the best. A great family run business that make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in.

I went there today and flew one of the Pipers. The Instructor was Russell. Cannot fault the guy, brilliant!

I had someone with me that has never flown, a complete fear of flying. Thats to the staff at ANT, they were shown round the Piper, had a sit in, not pressured in the slightest. They then decided to join me on their first ever flight! And loved it!

Thanks to everyone at ANT for a great afternoon.

I highly recommend ANT to any budding pilot, those interested in flying, those who just fancy the idea of taking the controls of a plane and everyone that wants to treat a friend or family member to a birthday experience they'll never forget!

I've been using ANT for many years, the most welcoming and friendly flight school I've ever used, the aircraft are kept in excellent condition and Russell is a fantastic instructor, oh and James makes a great brew! Couldn't leave him out. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.

I was asked where I'd like to fly to and although Barbados was a bit too far, I settled for Rivington and Horwich and enjoyed spotting the landmarks around my hometown. The whole set up on the ground is very friendly and relaxed and the in-flight experience went smoothly and was very enjoyable. Thanks, team for making my birthday an unforgettable experience.

They helped me get the right option, contacted me when I requested information very quickly and we were very welcomed on our arrival. The trail flight was amazing and defiantly recommend the flying experience. We are now working out when we can go out again. �

From booking to the hospitality when you get here, it’s been so easy to interact with ANT from start to finish.

They are such a friendly bunch and I’ve had had an amazing aerobatics experience with a pilot called Michael who was absolutely amazing; Funny, professional and a fantastic tutor. I got to learn loads about the plane, basic navigation and effects of the weather.

Now sat in a really cosy bar area with a cuppa made by the lovely James. Cannot recommend this place enough. Such a great experience and although I got this as a present, I would pay again for another lesson. It’s been incredible and I will be coming back with my sisters for a birthday outing.

If you’ve ever thought about doing this - stop thinking and just get it booked. Sooo much fun!!

My daughter had a flying lesson she is 15 years of age . Russell is a brilliant flying instructor with fab personality . In the air around the lakes Morecambe Lancaster and Blackpool was an amazing experience

Even got a certificate and biscuits was a treat

Staff were all friendly i would highly recommend trying this, I couldnt stop smiling or talking about it to anyone that would listen . I just wish it was possible to have recorded the flying on a go pro or something just as a momento. ANT are fantastic, friendly and focused on delivering great training. I successfully achieved my first solo here having been hooked from my initial trial lesson. My Instructor Russell is really experienced with a broad knowledge of aviation and has instructed many newcomers who now are professional airline pilots. Russell is encouraging and is really keen on demonstrable progress and gave me additional responsibility for aircraft checks, radio ATC communications and of course the flying. The PPL course is professionally delivered, with Pre and Post Flight Briefings which really help keep the lessons focused. The PPL Theory exams can be taken onsite too which helps on more difficult weather days. The aircraft are immaculately maintained by their experienced onsite team. Definitely give them a try!
