Air Plants Heating Description
Step 1 : Enquiry - your initial enquiry will be dealt with by one of our expert sales managers who have years of experience in the design of HVAC systems.
Step 2 : Survey - at initial free site survey and through discussions with yourself they will design a system / solution that will meet your current requirements, which will include a future compatibility consideration, an emphasis on energy efficiency, ease of use and reliability
Step 3 : Quotation - you will then receive a comprehensive and detailed quotation and a very competitive price with no hidden extras!
Step 4 : Installation - should we ultimately be your chosen contractor, your project will be handed over to our installation department. proficiency is the key from this point on and this department will make all the necessary arrangements for the installation to be carried out, on time, safely, with no fuss!
all necessary health and safety documentation will be provided prior to engineers arriving on site and a commencement date will be agreed.
Step 5 : service - finally, once you are completely satisfied with the equipment, your account will be passed to our service department. they will provide you with a comprehensive service contract that meets with all the current regulatory requirements and keeps you abreast of any changes in the legalisation. their continued commitment is to ensure that you don't have to worry about getting your equipment serviced as we take care of that for you
