Well after our initial little hiccup here today, my girls had a lovely time at air unlimited.

The manager was lovely and all staff are very friendly. They help the kids when they want to try something a bit out of their comfort zone, this makes it all a little bit more exciting for them. I had loads of fun with the kids too.

Big thank you to the manager here today.

We had a joint party with 34 children on Sunday and they all had a fantastic time! The venue is excellent with a wide range of activities eg trampolines, climbing wall, tower etc so all ages were catered for. The food was great too- the kids gobbled up the pizzas and slushes and the parents enjoyed the sandwich platters . Staff are fantastic - polite, efficient , helpful and lovely to the children too. Definitely a great venue for a birthday party - greatly enjoyed by the kids and the parents !

Thanks so much for hosting Daniel’s 5th Birthday Party yesterday. We all had an amazing time and would definitely recommend you to everyone.

Son loved it here, went for the offer of two hours for a tenner, pretty good value, although the offer is only for February. Plenty of variety of things to do, better than another trampoline park we have been to. Trampolines, flip track, jump bags and a cool bouncy castle type thing with spinning arms in the middle which the kids had too either jump over or duck under. A bit like Wipeout. Son whose seven particularly liked this. Very clean and well kept, definitely recommend it. Cafe prices fairly reasonable too.

My daughter came here today with her Rainbows group. She had a fantastic time. The staff here are lovely too. They weren’t to know my daughter at the age of 5 has additional needs and crippling anxiety, before arriving she was so unsure weather she was going. But when we got there the member of staff that was working with the party was called Georgie all anxieties had gone! She was so made up they had the same name that all her worries went. I just want to say a big thank you to you Georgie you were fantastic with her and your all she’s talked about since we got home. We will definitely be coming back.

Kids love it here loved it that much one of them had their birthday party here too, we really enjoy the toddler sessions such a great price too!

I would highly recommend this for a fun few hours paid ¬£10 for two hours loads to do had a laff well tied out the kids ÔŅĹ

Had my little girl‚Äôs 6th birthday party there today. Her and her friends had a fantastic time! They enjoyed their trampolining and their food. Special thanks to Jen who was extremely helpful throughout our visit - nothing was too much trouble for her. It was a stress-free and enjoyable time for me too ÔŅĹ Thanks so much! I would definitely recommend this venue and the food.

Great for the kids watched by the staff at all times making sure the kids are playing safe my 3 year old twin granddaughters loved it I would definitely recommend it ÔŅĹ

Brilliant! Easy to check in, quieter if you go first thing in the morning, excellent viewing gallery cafe, reasonably priced food and good choice of food. A variety of activities for the kids (and adults ;) all well kept and safe. The only thing I would say is that at times there were only 2 members of staff supervising which was a lot to watch for them. Will definitely be going here again x

Bit of a rocky start but was sorted and kids loved it as always...bit hasty of me at first to complain as my kids do ove it and staff are really good with all kids....

Went with my 6 and 8 year old. Stayed for 2 hours as we booked online. It's only £2 more for the second hour so good value. Everyone was worn out by the end of the session. Only downside is some of the activities my 6 year old couldn't go on due to height restriction which she was able to go on at other trampoline parks. No concession for those under the height limit and nothing to tell you this exists till you get here. Food was good too and reasonably priced.

It was good value for money for February half-time. Cafe was clean and food looked lovely, was very busy and not enough seating area for parents. Only 1 toilet upstairs and it was a communal one, considering how many people where there. I would be concerned that a child could easily go outside as you cannot see where they go once they come off the trampolining area.

It is a good trampoline park but the layout for parents needs more consideration. The cafe is great in the sense that you can see the whole trampoline park and can see the kids but there aren’t enough tables and the stairs leading up to the cafe from the trampoline park are right by the exit with no barrier so if your children come up to the cafe for you they are right by the exit with no barrier which I think comprises safety. Just a simple barrier would make a big difference. Staff are nice and friendly.

Came today with my 18 month old. I had booked online for the toddler morning session but due to Easter holidays it wasn’t on. I didn’t really find this out until I got there, but we stayed anyway. Had to sit through a five minute safety video, not sure how you can properly take notice of that when your running after your toddler. I’m not sure I like the lay out either, it’s very open. As we had never been before, I wasn’t sure where was age appropriate for my toddler to go, he dived on to this giant air bag which seemed very deep and made me a bit nervous because he sunk right in to it. I then spent most of the time trying to keep him away from it, would have been helpful if the place was divided in to sections. I also got the sense that the staff couldn’t be arsed, which doesn’t give off a great impression. There is also no barrier on the stairs which lead to the reception so kids were running up and down them. It seems catered for older kids, but I might go back when the toddler morning sessions are on and see if we have a better experience. We left after about 45 Mins... and that’s only because I wanted to get my moneys worth.

Very disappointed I took 18 children for the 2 hour for ¬£10 offer and from the second they arrived the staff wouldn‚Äôt leave them alone. It felt to me as though they were trying to get them out giving strikes out by the minutes. Pay for 2 hours and we will get you off as soon as you arrive. Bit of a con if you ask me!!!! Not to mention how awful the customer service is when the question was asked as to for what reason the child was given 3 strikes.. not somewhere I will be returning to ÔŅĹ
