Airdrop Bikes

Four years ago today.
I took this photo the day I got the final production prototype of the Edit v1. At that point I'd been developing the bike for a year already and I was all-in. With no money coming in and my savings rapidly dwindling this was a pivotal point in Airdrop's early history. It was the first time I had a product in my hands that I felt I would be proud to put my name to.
You can tell the garage was only just started. There was no logo, no website, and Airdrop was still a good 6 months away from launch. But this was the day when it changed from a big idea to a small reality.

Edit v3 custom build in matte black with gloss black decals. - The bike we built for Chris is a prime example of how our custom build service works. He wanted an Edit v3 Works but preferred GX Eagle to X01 so he saved a bit of cash. Chris also wanted Hunt’s Enduro Wide wheelset over the standard Hope Fortus 35. No problem. All Edit v3 build kits in stock. - If you follow Airdrop you’ll know we’ve been busy. Since the launch of the Edit v3 we’ve been flat out building bikes constantly and it’s been a challenge to keep stock of everything we need; each drop of parts gets sold before it arrives. - We’re there now. For a while.
