Everyone should be able to experience the joy of bouncing in an environment they feel comfortable in. We pride ourselves on being as inclusive as possible and appreciate that our park can often be too noisy, busy and fast-paced for some people. AirHop Chill is designed specifically for those on the autism spectrum and with additional needs and disabilities in mind.
All jumpers will have full access to... the park as usual – Main Court, Foam Pit, Slam Dunk and Dodgeball – but they’ll be able to bounce to their heart’s content in a much calmer environment.
Sessions take place every Tuesday from 1-2pm and cost £9 per person including a parent or carer – plus an additional £2 per person for our much sought-after AirHop socks.

What a great place to visit. There is a cafe with good coffee and a viewing gallery to watch the children have their fun, while you may be doing some work on their free WiFi! The Easter Egg surprise contest was a great little addition on Easter Sunday as well! Would definitely come here again. The kids are just loved it!

Took 10 children last night on the 'after school deal' and they had a brilliant time. It was clean, great safety information (although slightly over the top mentioning death!) and the staff couldn't do enough to help. Great value and will definitely return and mention to friends. Thank you so much!!

The staff are extremely lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We all had a brilliant time and the children thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Highly recommended

Thank you so much AirHop for a great party. My son and his friends had the best time. It’s a fantastic place and kept 15 ten year old boys entertained. Our party host was lovely and very helpful and booking a party was so easy and simple, we didn’t really have to do much. The staff were lovely and really went out of their way to help. We’ll definitely be back.

Please Help!

Could anyone in the Guildford or surrounding areas please share. Yesterday my Son lost a very valuable gold chain at AirHop Trampoline Park in Guildford when he went there with my Grandson. The staff have been great but don’t clear/clean the equipment for another week to search properly and CCTV will take time to go through. Apart from the value this was a present for his 18th birthday so keeping our fingers crossed it will be found and returned. I’d really appreciate any help you guys could give by sharing. Many thanks in advance and wishing you all a wonderful New Year’s Eve and great year ahead. Much love xx���

Just want to say how impressed I was with the staff. My son over did his turns a bit and felt ill half way through so I took him out for air, I was immediately asked If he was ok and as going outside a sweet girl followed us out and asked If we needed any help.....he was fine, but was impressed by the immediate care....Thank you Staff.

It's pricey but was really impressed with our staff host Hannah who was excellent with our group of 10. She engaged really well with the children and was clear and child friendly with instructions. Very helpful and efficient in helping out with the food element. She helped make this such a non stressful kids party!

Had my sons 9th birthday party there on Tuesday 30/5 Callum was a fantastic party host and took all the hassle away was even happy at having his name shortened to Cal! The boys had a fantastic time would definitely recommend and go back there again and the boys where happy with the choice of party bag.... a fidget spinner!

Had a birthday party with 25 children which we were a bit nervous about - have to hand it to Airhop - they did a great job and the kids had a great time - special mention to Elouise who was so good at organising and dealing with 22 x 8/9 year old boys - she made things run so smoothly and took the stress out of the day for us. Definitely recommended.

First time at mini hoppers on thursday and loved it, staff were really brilliant, helpful and friendly (except for one girl that seemed to think barging a 2 year old out the way to get passed was acceptable?? Wont deduct marks for her though!! �) we will be back very soon..

Brought my 2 kids aged 8 and 5. My eldest boy is quite sensitive to loud music which was playing. The staff especially the supervisor on duty were more than helpful. They turned down the music a little and reassured him lots. They allowed me to stay right beside at all times and despite him being apprehensive at first,he had an absolute ball. A little expensive but kids really enjoyed it

Airhop and all the staff are super fantastic, LOVE LOVE LOVE it here ��

Very well organised and the kids had a great time.

Unfortunately we weren't able to eat at AirHop as my son suffers from an allergy to nuts and sesame and none of your food is suitable, but this was the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable day

My children has great fun. It’s always wonderful to find a place that keeps a 5, 8 and 11 year old entertained! Totally recommend and no doubt we’ll be back again soon!

Greatly enjoyed by the bunch of six year olds we took. Food choices in the café are serious limited, which made little sense due to the volume of customers, they're missing out on serious £££.

Safety video also put the willies up with one of our kids, the mention of Death or Paralysis on constant loop was a bit HAL in 2001.

Other than a great time for kids, would recommend it for an hour or two to waste or a Birthday party.

Good facility, easy to book, okay pricing.

Only downside is the Cafe is not very good (coffee in particular).

Might seem a small thing but as I am often their while my boys are running around, it makes a difference!

Went here today with my kids and my mum who is diabetic when I went to buy our meal deals I was told the choice of drinks were Dr pepper full fat cola or a slush! I explained that she couldn't have any of these due to her diabetes and asked if I could have water instead I was told no! My advise bring your own food and drink if you have certain dietary requirements.

The trampoline as such were great and the staff supervising them were good. However, the website says you would have to pay £1,50 per pair of socks we got and every girl at the reception desk said something different, at the end we paid £2,00 per pair of socks. A word of advice, update your website and get all your team on board, your online customer service didn't even say sorry, just that socks are £2.00.

Kids had a great time although I was disturbed by one adult (not an instructor) who was allowed to repeatedly blast balls at the children, mine included. He wore a number of coloured bands so presumably was at the park for longer than 1 hour. and allowed to behave so! I expected someone to step in and manage the situation!
