I cannot recommend airpets highly enough. I dropped my 1yr old spaniel benny off in Heathrow on 5th jan and he was flown to Houston USA.Kelly and the team have been fantastic she answered every question I had (and there were a lot).

The kennels where he stayed the night were very nice and clean. And the communication has been excellent. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

Airpets were so helpful when we discovered that our 3 rescues from Malta/Sicily had failed and had to go into Quarantine. Milo, Lola & Rosa were collected on the Saturday evening and Angela was wise enough to hold off another Rabies jab until the paperwork/passports were sorted. An error in the processing of the passports in Sicily had us all sweating for a while, but they were released on Tuesday!! Thanks again for your caring and professional service.

Airpets were great regarding the paperwork, they helped me and gave me advice on the paperwork before we left Egypt. My dog who was a puppy entering quaritine at 8 months old, was well taken care of by everyone at airpets. Excellent service great work!

Pip arrived in fine spirits so thanks to all at Airpets who helped to make Pip's journey a good one. Thanks in particular to Claire who answered all our questions and sent lovely photos of Pip to reassure us that she was in good hands . Would definitely use again
