This guy must have been having a real bad day when he took my call! I just called, asking if I could book a cab to the airport for the next day. He hmmm'd and haaaa'd a bit then said, 'no, we're fully booked for the morning, completely swamped, so we can't do it. You'll have to try somebody else and you have to prebook for an airport run anyway.' So I responded that I thought I was prebooking and he said, haughtily, 'calling at ten o'clock at night to book a taxi for the next morning isn't prebooking so you won't be getting a cab from us and it's a goodbye from me,' and, with that, he hung up!
