Really poor service. Driver arrived at the airport nearly an hour after pick up time. I had to call several times to be then told it was due to an accident. Over the phone he asked agai. Which terminal and insisted he would not go in the airport as parking is expensive and passenger would have to collect the bags, despite of me saying the passenger was traveling with hand luggage only. Driver questioned my instructions and didn't have destination address at hand either. Overall really poor service and even worse customer service. When I called the company the only thing they were able to say was that the driver denied saying what I referred.
For the price they are asking it's really not worth the fuss.
Strongly recommend not to use them as not reliable and little professional.

This taxi service is phenomenal! I've had to leave reading festival a day early so I've had to find transport, I have no idea where I am and this taxi service has done their best to help me find a place to be picked up from and kept in touch the whole time! I've never had a taxi service like it! I highly recommend this company to everyone!!
