Online booking was fairly straightforward. We were met in arrivals by our driver who had our name on a sign. Transfer was pleasant and flawless. Our driver spoke fluent English so we had a great conversation on the way....but I think this was just lucky. However willing to bet these drivers can converse in most common languages. I'll definitely use them again.

Easy to book. Quick response to questions via email. Despite issues with rescheduled flights easy to adjust booking so no problems on arrival. Pleased to know had an emergency number to call if there were any issues.. Driver on arrival at Venice airport very friendly and informative. Short walk to vehicle as parked just outside exit. Hand over to water taxi slick. Best way to arrive for my friend’s first visit to this unique city. Return journey just as smooth. Water taxi arrived on time at hotels landing stage. As before transfers easy, helped with boarding and did not have to lift luggage. Would use again.

Had nice drivers both ways and they came equipped with a multitude of car seats for the kids which was really handy and we weren’t charged for this.

Airports Taxi Transfer is a very reliable car transfer service. The employees and drivers are very courteous and professional. We used this service twice, and both times we had a great experience. My only concern was the size of the vehicles sent. Just make sure the vehicle you order will definitely fit the suitcases and people adequately. You can easily do this by specifying exactly what you will be traveling with when you reserve the vehicle/service. Other than that, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone traveling on the island!!!

We had a good experience in Lagos Portugal. Booked transfer from and to the airport in advance. All the details were confirmed in a confirmation email and amendments were quickly done. The driver was perfectly time and gave us loads of tips and recommendations on what to do and where to eat in Lagos. Very satisfied with the service!

I changed my pick up time in the early hours of the morning with only hours to spare with no problem at all! Great customer service! The drivers were also brilliant, knew the area well, very.polite and accommodating (being a wheelchair user)! Will definitely use this service again!!

Brilliant service on both journeys. Driver waited at airport despite long queues at passport control. The company called an hour after the plane landed to check we had arrived and gave us assurance that the driver would meet us at arrivals.
On the return, I changed the pick up time the day before and received confirmation within the hour that my request had been accepted. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and got us to the airport safe and sound. It was the driver's first day on the job and he provided an excellent and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this firm.
