After thinking repeatedly and having spoken to individuals, while there is no suggestion box the following comments are posted. Please don't take these words as criticism rather just a few points to think about.

Alhamdullilah it is a very beautiful building with big enough car park at excellent location. A lot of effort has been put in to get to this stage. May Allah accept. But unfortunately the place is not run in the fashion as the masjid/Waqf should be. A person with little understanding can see. This seems to be more of a park or a market place.
Salah is prayed at the first floor and one (including elderly people with walking support) has to walk all the way through to get to the rows which causes inconvenience and noise while the Salah is taking place and the reason given was that Salah should be done there because it is a big hall, did we buy this place to pray in rooms? Well what a surprise!
Moreover the heating (electrical ACs) were left turned on all night during winter to keep the first floor warm. What a waste of charity money when another big enough room on ground floor is available!
Mobile phones ringing, people stand and talk loudly before and after Salah and don't bother to go into the side rooms to talk, the attitude indicates that their talking is more important than sanctity of the Masjid.
Another event will take place soon under the name of fun day where the respect of the Masjid will be violated to raise money to fund the project
Haven't seen these type of things happening at other places in Reading. Just wondering why here?
