T5 Transporter This vehicle was in with us last yr for uprated Bilstein coilover units , unfortunately for our customer they hit a rather large pot hole ( due to our amazing British roads ) which considerably damaged the nearside front shock absorber. (see pic) We managed to source the replacement parts and carried out the repair , we also noticed the front discs to be in bad condition so we supplied and fitted brembo discs and pads.

Mercedes E200 estate . Came into us with uneven suspension at the rear ( one side sitting 70mm higher ) once we got the vehicle on the ramp we found the suspension sensor link arm had snapped. We supplied , fitted and reprogrammed 2 new updated sensors to get the vehicle sitting level once again .

VW Golf in for full service , full vehicle inspection and to diagnose an intermittent abs warning lamp . We carried out some live data checks which led us to the offside rear of the vehicle . We found the integrated magnetic ring on the wheel bearing had started to lift due to excessive corrosion ( see pic of correct and incorrect pattern ) this also unfortunately damaged the abs sensor pick up . We supplied and fitted and new hub flange with integrated magnetic ring and a new abs / speed sensor. All repaired with no faults returning .

Mercedes C200 in for for wiring faults to the nearside rear light . Unfortunately a few pins on the electrical connection had excessively corroded. We supply and fitted a genuine new bulb holder , new terminal pins , new wiring and a new electrical connector .

Mercedes Coupe recovered into us due to a seized ac compressor and failed aux drive belt . Once stripped down we found the coolant pump bearings to have also failed . We recommended the customer to have the pump changed at the same time to save on labour and future breakdowns or failures . New Aircon compressor, coolant pump , fresh antifreeze / coolant and new aux drive belt and shes back on the road .

VW T6 transporter in to investigate rear brake noises. After a quick inspection we found the front brake pads to be 95% worn, rear brake discs and pads excessively worn to the point there was no longer pad friction material left and the metal backing was now wearing the entire disc down 😲 . Even more shocking is the fact that this vehicle had been to main agent for an inspection with a brake noise and they couldn't find anything wrong 🙈🙄 .
