Today, I had my boiler serviced by Joe and his Apprentice Pat. It was great to open my door and be greeted by two work persons who were on time smiling and ready to undertake the work as agreed. The was a couple of questions I asked in relation to my timer and the boiler and both questions were answered fully with a visual demonstration. The service I received was efficient, polite, respectful and courteous. Look forward to a reminder regarding my next years service. Thank You.

Really pleased with Joe and his team. We had Mat and Patrick working on our new central heating system. We have an old property which had storage heaters in initially. After coming out and looking at the work needed Joe responded with a fast quote, and the work lasted 2.5 days to put an entire new central heating system into our home with 7 radiators and a brand new boiler. The team worked extremely quickly and were really tidy. We are so happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely use AJ Barnes Plumbing again in the future if we needed anything else doing. Thanks Guys!

Made really quick and clean work of fitting our central heating and boiler. Really nice guys. We have old floorboards and they made as little damage as possible to install the pipe work underneath, very impressed as you cant really tell where they've been. I highly recommend these guys and definitely get a Worcester wave! Life changer!

We needed to find someone to service our boiler after our usual plumber retired. Joe's team provided a first class service as expected from the reviews but joe went above and beyond to help with an issue in his own time. First class service a rare thing Indeed these days.

Our shower was left in a mess and unfinished by another plumber. Jo came and completely renewed the shower. He was very reliable,efficient,honest, helpful and came when he said. His team were also very pleasant and always cleared up after themselves. The job they did was excellent and we are very happy with the result. We now have a beautiful shower thanks to Jo and his team. We would use him again and will highly recommend him to other people. If we could give him ten stars we would.

I have had a team from this company to fit a walk_in shower in place of the bath. They have done this in two days by organising their work well and just gone on with what they needed to do. They brought loads of dust sheets and kept all the mess to a minimum.
I am very pleased with the end result and they have taken care to get it right.

I have used AJ Barnes plumbing for all my plumbing jobs over the last 12 years including removal of back boiler and a complete central heating system installation followed by an annual service, installation of additional radiators, and more recently moving thermostat and supplying the latest digital controls, to their latest job of installing an outside tap under the kitchen window. No matter how long or difficult the job we have received nothing but an exemplary service from father joe to son Jamie at an affordable price. Work completed by AJ Barnes Plumbing and Heating was excellent. Very responsive to our emergency call out = expert tradesman, thorough work completed and excellent customer service. Very reasonable price - I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I have used A.J.Barnes on several occasions for plumbing and heating installation and maintenance jobs and cannot recommend them highly enough. The company's response time, expecially to urgent requests, is second to none. The latest issue was a problem with my hot water boiler. Following my phone call, a technician called the next day at the promised time. The problem was quickly diagnosed and, sensibly, checked with the product supplier (Worcester) by telephone, who confirmed the diagnosis. The replacement part was ordered there and then by telephone and I was given a date two days ahead when the part would be delivered and installed. The part was installed at the time stipulated and the boiler returned to full functionality - hot water again! AJ Barnes' staff are polite, have a sense of humour and their workmanship has always been tidy with no fuss. I repeat, I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this company for central heating and plumbing work.

Well all i can say is that this company provide a great service and are very reliable. The work is always neat and tidy. Never a problem with any of them, professional at all times.

I can't understand some one leaving a bad review for a parking issue. How sad is this person.. Looking at this person's other reviews? seems to have nothing better to do than moan about tradesman!

A suggestion would be get off the sofa and get a job.. You cant have much in your life if you just go around leaving daft comments about a company you dont know..

The chap who wrote this had a company once and went Burst and started again and went again now the saddo is writing rubbish.. Its a work related review not a driving test . Very bad driving skills, just cut me up whilst on his mobile phone. If he pays that much attention to the road how much attention does he pay to his work
