Be honest, who found it difficult to get out of their bed this morning? 🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️
The hardest part of getting up out of our warm bed in the morning is when that alarm rings so loudly. ⏰😴
All of our negative self talk wakes up and shares all of our excuses why we deserve more time in bed.
... The easy option is to agree and just stay in the sheets.
But something that works well for myself is thinking of my reasons why I’m waking up early and what my vision for my future is for my family.
Ditch the snooze button and overcome your thinking when you first open your eyes with positive thoughts. 🧠💭🙏🏼

High Knees are a basic exercise you can perform anywhere! ☀️🤘🏼
Very simple movement, on your toes, driving those knees up, engaging your core, and using your arms too. 🚀🔋👊🏼
Keep the intensity HIGH!! 🔥🔥

Reverse Flyes are a fantastic exercise to target your Rear Delts & Back! 😋💪🏼
I prefer to perform these without the use of a bench as we need to keep a strong posture which means we have to work harder, so we burn more calories. 🔋😅
Ensure that you keep a good posture throughout, also keeping your core nice and tight. ✅
... This exercise is one of my favourite finishers when I am training Back, going lighter with the weight with a huge amount of reps to dominate those muscles worked. 🔥🔥

Went to this class for the first time (weds eve 7pm- freight house- rochford) for £3 its pretty good value for money. Its perfect for people who need that extra push to do something and for people who are struggling to so things on there own at home. I deffinatly felt like i had a good workout. Was relaxed and fun atmosphere.

So, what can I say. I’m a busy mum of 5, youngest not quite 10 months. I’m at my biggest that I have ever been, and I’ve really let myself down. Before I joined Allen, I’d made a couple of changes and lost 5lbs. In the week I’ve been with Allen if lost a further 3lbs, 8lbs in total. I feel better in myself already, but still have more hard work to go.



I highly recommend Allen, to anyone thinking of having a PT. Thanks Hun, can’t wait to see my results in the coming weeks x

The sessions are tough but Allen makes them enjoyable and varied. He definitely helps to motivate me and keeps me focused, both in the gym and outside with lots of advice! I know I can always contact him if I have any queries.

I highly recommend AJ Fitness. I have been training with Allen for 2 weeks now. Before starting I was unmotivated to get fitter and my trousers were getting tighter. I decided I needed that extra push to get myself in shape, so I invested in a 4 week course with Allen. I must say so far I have been impressed. He's sessions are pushing my body more than I would have done on my own. His daily support is perfect when I fancy cheating on my diet and if I have any questions he is more than happy to answer. In 2 weeks I am already fitting into those trousers far more comfortably and my muscle definition is improving. If this is what 2 weeks can do I'm looking forward to the next couple of weeks. Had my first session of bootcamp yesterday with AJ and I loved it! Was made to feel welcome and supported even with my lack of fitness! Was fun and I enjoyed every minute! Also gave me loads of advice on different ways to help me with my dietary requirements for eating more healthy suited to my lifestyle!! Thanks AJ!!

Great for getting back into shape after being on the couch for too long. Relaxed comfortable and no pressure atmosphere. You get out what you put in.

Aj's fitness and boot camp is really good fun. There are a good bunch of people over there. Allen is always happy and has so much energy and laughs with us all at boot camp.

I started a herballife week trial on Monday. I'm not one to like herbal tea but the tea and shakes are amazing I've never had so much energy before. Trying to get up at 4:30 was a task now that I have been on herballife tea and shake the day comes with so much energy and smiles all day. Thanks Allen for your help would recommend him to anyone trying to lose a bit of weight or just just to get energy levels back to it's normal self
