Hypnotherapy is used as a vehicle to drive change, I use a combination of both Cognitive and Behavioural techniques and work with the individual to achieve goals.
Anxiety and Self-Confidence are transient factors which determine success and failure. Having control /mastery over these factors mean an individual has increased concentration and focus and an absence of the worry and negativity associated with the 'uncontrollable'.
With my background as a Personal Trainer / Exercise Referral Specialist alongside my degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, I know what is required to overcome barriers and to ensure my clients are in the driving seat of their own lives.
