Yesterday was definitely a busy day for us here at the clinic, although it's seeing patients like Cadie that make things so much brighter!
Cadie is one of our athletes competing for GB in the World Lifesaving Championships in Australia later this year and she has been training hard and utilising our optimisation program to get her body in the best condition possible ahead of the World Championships!
After talking today she let slip she had improved on her personal best times... by 6.02 seconds in a 200m sprint with obstacles and 4.91 seconds in a 200m Super Lifesaver Sprint! In a world where every millisecond counts these improvements are truly fantastic!

What an exciting start to the afternoon! We've just had Dylan in to see us for his final session of optimisation before his attempt at the British Powerlifting Record tomorrow! He is such an inspirational young man and at 15 years old already one to watch out for in the future!
