I've writtent 25 policies and procedures for the world's largest insurance intermediary taking them through the business, legal and compliance. I've stepped in to assist an international life office when existing staff had all left. I've been interim head of compliance for a mortgage network, a life company and a platform provider. I been designated CASS expert resolving complex issues with clients and the regulator.
