Wanted male or female for blasting work at our unit. This is just for blasting work 3 days a week for pocket money. Must have an interest in motorbikes and know what and why they are cleaning it. If you like being on your phone all day then NO need to pm me. No time wasters please.

Took some engine covers in earlier today and as always with me was a last minute thing and I needed them doing today. Tony told me he'd have them looking like new and back to me in the afternoon - within a couple of hours he dropped them in to me looking fantastic and ready for my last minute engine rebuild. First class service, highly recommend and will be using again.

Took some ally wheels in. Collected next day. Look like new. great price also. Nice bunch of guys

As always a top service. Guys like this are hard to come by. Everything from a bit of welding to a full strip and restoration. There is nothing they can't do for a motorcycle. Vapour blasting is 2nd to none, have used AJ'S many a time now from my RD500LC parts to a port and re sleeve on my CR500AF conversion. If I could rate higher I would.

OH! and use your loaf, if you have any parts vapour cleaned or worked on by anybody common sense says to give them a clean or blast out with compressed air before re fitting them, tiny bits of grit do remain no matter how careful tony is. Intricate parts just need a final blow out before re fitting, any simpleton should know that.

had my first race meeting last weekend,bike wasn't running too well,wouldn't rev cleanly or anything,so i stripped the carbs yesterday to find out why, turns out there was still quite a bit of debris left inside the carbs from when you vapour blasted them,leaving the slides with bad scoring,similar score marks in the carbs where the slides sit,also main and pilot jets were partially clogged up with the stuff,even around the threads,I haven't got round to checking the top end for any damage yet.

At no point do i remember you advising me to strip and check the carbs for any kind of debris,before using them,surely this should have been done when you finished the work on them?

needless to say, i'm not very happy
