We started AJT Managed IT Services because we could see there was a gap in the market where IT Companies really didn't care about their clients as much as their bottom line. Our USP is that we assign a senior engineer to each customer & this person will also be your account manager & main contact. This means that we can provide a very personal service. We try to ensure remote support is also carried out by this engineer where possible which means that a problem is owned & seen through, without speaking to several different "help desk" engineers, having to re-explain a problem. We of course have other engineers that you may speak to if your dedicated person is on holiday or sick but that too will be a senior engineer & they will have access to our documentation which means they should be able to quickly get up to speed with your site. We value our relationships with our clients, and where possible make regular visits to keep the relationship relevant to your business needs.
