I have been a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor since 2003 and have worked in military and civilian gyms in various countries, teaching on a one-to-one or group environment. Having now settled in Gainsborough I am looking to bring my experience to the local area. I provide a genuine personal training service, tailored to the needs of each individual client.
