The driver was suppose to pick me up from the airport. Which he however he was not there to great me instead he asked to come to the car park. Plus he had no id and he asked me for my postcode however i got home safely. What shabby service i would not recommend this cab service to any ladies out on there own. Put this way i was one of the lucky ones

Worst ever cab experience. Office is 2 min from my home, driver was late 20 min and nearly lost my flight. Strongly suggest to stay away from this dodgy cab office....

(edit) booked after a good experience with them before, this time they showed up after 35 minutes when I was told it would be 10. Then the driver wanted cash before the journey started to which the manager agreed. Needless to say I didn't travel with them and won't be using again.
(old) Really fast, friendly and helpful on the phone and agreed fair price in advance. The driver was very friendly also and on time. Great service, would highly recommend.

Terrible service. The controller kept providing me with incorrect times when the driver was due to arrive. If I had known it would take hour from the beginning I would have gone elsewhere. Need to be more honest with their customers. Will not be booking with them again.

Very reliable. I booked online very easily and got a quote. Then texted me beforehand asking me to confirm, and you can track the driver on his way to you on the link they text you. Very reasonably priced, the driver was helpful and friendly

Don't bother with these chancers. I pre-booked a taxi the day before, yet they managed to turn up really late. What is the point of pre-booking if they can't arrive on time? No apology from the driver either. Unprofessional service and a bit pricey too.
