Adam is not just a trainer. He's got a high technical knowledge about your body and every single muscle function. Apart from the obvious progress I've learnt to understand how my body works; well, not only my body, but something equally important: the way it relates to my mind.

He has a great knowledge of the muscles, and exercises, but even more important, he understands the clients needs and what works best.

In my case, I don't like to work out on my own, and I get bored easily, so he’s helped me to get very motivated and work out not only when he’s around, but also on my own.
