We're hoping for a couple of sunny days so what better time to try some of our new Italian white wines.
If you haven't popped in lately, you will find lots of lovely new wines to sample and here's three of them. Pinot Grigio is always popular and the Terrazze della luna is a lovely example.
Alasia Cortese is the grape found in Gavi and grown in Piemonte the same part of the world that gives us Gavi. All well and good but what does it taste like.... Well, Gavi oddly enough.
... And finally the perfect thirst quencher Passerina is a super zesty beauty ideal with spicy prawns fresh off the barbecue!

We have been enjoying Spanish reds for their no messing full on style recently. One of our favourites the brilliant Garnacha de Fuego has been proving a bit tricky to lay our hands on. So this 15.5% belter might just fill the gap.
This is Monastrell so expect even more dark fruit and a touch of tannin. Try it with meatballs and make your mouth happy.
