Job Role:
Our Company provides Guarding services to varying sites in and around the Kent area. The site we require staff for is an office building. The Shifts are mainly night shifts, providing security outside of office or working hours, and work on a rota basis of 4 days on and 4 off, although this can be flexible.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle or public transport may be needed to get to site, dependant on where the candidate lives.

Main Responsibilities:
To comply with SIA standards and the company's Code of Conduct. To offer the highest standard of customer care and service. Be able to work night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rota system. Liaising site managers or workers on a daily basis and providing support if needed. (Requirement dependant on job and site). Investigating alarm activations. Monitoring CCTV and responding to incidents. Regular walking site patrols. Liaising with emergency services and any other agency and fully reporting all communications and incidences. Registering visitors and issuing passes. (Dependant on site). Ensuring that areas are locked when not in use and reporting any hazards. Ensuring all communal areas and receptions are kept clear from rubbish and are clean and tidy, some minor housekeeping. (Dependant on site). Overseeing the use of any onsite facilities. Completing daily reports and recording of all incidents. Making sure hand over sheets are correctly filled in. Must hold a valid SIA licence.
