Ordered food yesterday stone cold when it arrived 3 hours late at 9.45 pm. Rang to complain and was offered a full replacement order for the day after. As original order went in bin. They rang me to offer replacement and i accepted. Rang today they had changed their mind. Don't use long wait cold food and even worse customer service. Please tell your family and friends not to bother.

Previously decent food with good pizza and garlic bread, changed hands 'last week' according to the guy and is really really awful. Portions are half the size and prepped in advance to be warmed up. Avoid.

Took 1 hour and 30 min to arrive!!! Food was cold rang up they put phone down twice! Then he said just microwave it then put phone down again!

Major rudeboy chips cheese & gravy from here reeeeeeep boyakasha!
