User

Most excellent venue, warm and very friendly atmosphere, cheerful and very helpful staff, and the food , gorgeous, can't wait to visit again thank you for your great service, wonderful food, and hospitality. :-)

User

Generally really good food for reasonable price. Don’t go to near to closing time though as service declines.

Being a local lass you guys did me proud.

My job was to organize a venue for a group of girls who were to meet up after our wonderful trip to Hunza a few months ago, they were coming from all over England.

What can I say the girls loved the food, with great service and friendly staff.

At no point in our five hour stay we were hurried.

It was my recommendation to attend and you guys did me proud.

Thank you

Been there for many years.. still provides the finest dishes that fails to disappoint. Along with friendly staff and a humble customer service..

All the staff are welcoming and cater for each and every customer and their specific tastes. It has become one of our favourite restaurants so much so we have taken our friends from the South Coast and Australia there and all have complimented that it is the best food and fantastic atmosphere and all look forward to returning.

Al Faisals has, been our "regular" for the past five years, and we love it. The staff are helpful and friendly, the kitchens are clean - and in constant view- and the food is deeelish. I don't eat meat, so my experience is limited to the meat-free options, but I've never been disappointed.

Went yesterday with family. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Food was nice , but had to wait long time for desserts. We didn't all get them at the same time so watched each other eat desserts separately instead of enjoying them together.

User

The service was fast and starters were good.

The main course chicken dishes were good but the lamb dish let the whole experience down. It tasted exactly like a meat dish you would be served at a wedding and i would guess this would have been cooked in bulk just poured heated and served. The starters were fantastic and that is what has increased my rating to 4 and not a three you must try the waffle sweet dish it was 10 out of 10

User

Love this place. Only ever had one satisfactory curry and everyone entitled to a bad day . Staff lovely, food beautiful and not to expensive. Big thumbs up x

User

food was hot, fresh and tasty, especially the lamb bhuna and naan. Service was very slow. had to wait a measly 30 mins for our mains! the portions size of the starters were quite small. However we did receive service with a smile which was nice ! will only ever come here for the mains -nothing else!

Looked nice from outside

Plenty of staff

Had popadums and chutney the chutneys looked really old

Starters we got we're masala fish was on point and really nice

Samosa tasted liked the were bought in

Main course took awhile

Looked like one waiter for whole restaurant

Main course was standard price was not to bad

User

It was satisfactory.

Cons: £5 for that ordinary glass of orange juice was OTT though. What's so special about it? The butter chicken was far from the best I've had. The dining area is nice but the floor was dirty, right from the entrance upto our table.

Nothing else to talk about.

User

Food was tasty. Would go back.

Had a chicken, lamb and paneer dish.

User

It is ages and needs a facelift, ingredients are not fresh they are pre prepped which spoil the taste & 10% is added on when surely u shud pay for the service u receive which was not so quick!!! Satisfactory experience

User

Atmosphere was a little weak. Enjoyed complimentary poppadoms. Sheek Karahi, a house dish, and colleagues Chicken dish looked nice, decent portion, but tasted average. Fries were generous, but hard. Naan also generous, no complaints. Was disappointed overall

User

The food was dismal at best, kids meals were the cheapest type of chicken nuggets bought in bags at your local grocers. Main food dishes were meagre in portions, overly priced and didn't taste at all nice. To top it off when we ordered ice cream for the children we found a hair in it.

User

Staff have no clue that they are waiter not the customers, worst experience ever, food was terrible, presentation of food was like being served in a jail and treatment was similar, 3 waiters were on a different planet and unaware of how to communicate. If any staff members are able to comprehend my experience then try to apologise.

-5 points!
