APEL: is a wholly owned subsidiary of Al Haj Pakistan Holdings B. V. . which is owned by Al Haj Energy Limited (AEL), a company incorporated in RAK International Corporate Centre, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, having a focus on exploration and production of hydrocarbons. Al Haj Pakistan Holdings B. V. (formerly known as Premier Oil Pakistan Holdings B. V. ) has three subsidiaries operating through Branch offices in Pakistan as follows: 1. Al Haj Pakistan Exploration Limited registered in the United Kingdom 2. Al Haj Pakistan Kirthar B. V. registered in the Netherlands 3. Al Haj Pakistan Kadanwari Limited registered in the Cayman Islands - Al Haj Pakistan Kirthar B. V. (formerly known as Premier Oil Pakistan Kirthar B. V. ) has Working Interest in two producing fields (i. e. Bhit – 6% & Bhadra – 6% ). These fields are being Operated by Eni Pakistan Limited. - Al Haj Pakistan Kadanwari Limited (formerly known as Premier Oil Pakistan Kadanwari Limited) has Working Interest in one producing field (i. e. Kadanwari – 15. 79% ). This field is being Operated by Eni Pakistan Limited.
