Policy wording very confusing, do not deliver what they say they are going to, very poor communication and seems like they try to delay a claim for as long as possible as repeat information was asked of me numerous times, even though it was a non fault claim and I had purchased back to invoice plus with them. This delayed the whole process, rather rude to speak to, not a business I would purchase from again, poor customer service.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Nice and honest people.
