Never had a claim with them, been a customer for years but each time I go to renew they charge me an ‘optional’ renewal fee which is nearly 20% of the policy. Pretty poor way to treat your loyal customers. In the end I’ve voted with my wallet and found a different insurer.

What a farce of a company. I have several houses with these people. Not for long. They have cost me 1000 within the last three months and then to top it all. They seem to be so rude on the phone. When I have asked to explain themselves. Would not use them ever again.
