Snotty staff that dissed the parts on my bike. Sold me a dud inner tube. Useless

Tried to buy a bike from this fella 3 days I foned and couldn't get any sense out of them. When a guy said call in tomorrow it will be ready for you even though he took no details I thought at least we can pick up the bike. I foned him and my son was on he's way for it. But apparently there was no mecanic to deal with the bike. So I told him he's losing out on £400 he didn't care so took my buisness else were.

Terrible customer service. Manager got pissed off for me saying that one of the brakes are bad

Popped in with my old brompton... The staff even though busy very helpful and keen to help.. They answered all my questions and even sourced my replacement tyres I will eventually need and phoned me back... Twice I might add.
They sold me some peddles at a fantastic price and fitted them for free... They have a fantastic knowledge of bromptons which is not heard of considering the gearing on them and I will be using them again.
Helpful.. Considerate... Knowledgeable... Polite... And always an offer on the wall.
What more can you ask... One of the better bike shops around.

Needed a few jobs on my bike. The staff did a good job and even went the extra mile. Courteous and professional service. Would recommend.
