The best barbers for miles! And I should know because I tried several others before I found Alan's place. Alan is a top bloke but the girls he has working for him are the stars as they are always friendly, chatty (but not too much!!;) and most importantly they make sure you get the haircut you came in for. I travel 3 miles to go there but would happily travel double that.

Myself and my Husband brought both our sons for their haircut today. My eldest Lewis, had his hair done around 4 weeks ago by Jenny. We normally take him to Wellington but, he said he was so impressed he wanted to return again. He loved his hair which was cut by Amber today. He Said he looks "cool " My youngest Kiran, who normally hates having his hair cut, sat so good today. Beckie was amazing with him. As you could imagine, he's turning 2 on Tuesday, it's normally a struggle to say the least! All the ladies put both my children at ease. Very friendly, smiley and very professional. Thankyou again. We will definitely be returning with both boys and hopefully, we will get Kiran to sit all on his own with no fuss in no time. Thanks again. Shana xx

My husband has been getting his hair cut here for a long time so we took our 20 month old son to get his hair trimmed, they were brilliant super quick and a lovely cut. Very pleased and will definitely take him back.

Iv used alans many times even with my 4 yr old lad that cant sit still bekki always does a cracking job i went again saturday new member of staff cut my hair did a cracking job and very profecional with it great service thank u

I've been goin to Al's for 25 years now & have never being let down. Excellent service at a good price. Al & his stylists offer a really friendly & social atmosphere that makes my visits something to look forward to, it's the barbers equivalent of Cheers!

I would highly recommend Jenny for any toddler ! My little boy is a nightmare having his hair cut and I have tried everything to get him to actually get his hair cut! Jenny is amazing .. I took my almost 4 year old here today for a hair cut and it was amazing! He isn’t fond of having his hair cut but Amba calmed him down and got some cars out for him to play with, and cut his hair in front of the window where he could play and look outside. Brilliant barbers. Just moved to area and first visit with my triplet boys. Alan and the 2 ladies were so friendly and chatted away to the lads like they knew them. Great haircuts too. Defo recommend and be back soon. Oh and the boys said thanks for there lollies!
