One of the best Turkish Restaurants in town. Highly recommended. If you haven't been, just go.

Goo place, great ambiance but slightly expensive

The food is great. Very good quality and very tasty. The service is also very good and the place is very nicely decorated in traditional Turkish style. Highly recommended

Average food. Dessert is good though. Not very friendly staff I think. Price is very exaggerated - but I expected them to lower prices a bit or increase quantity/quality after AlMahzen opened in Ipswich (competition you see) but nah! They don't seem to care! That's why I'm giving 2 stars.

Service exceptionally bad. We ordered 2 speciality platters and instead they decide to serve us a mixed platter for 2! The waiter who had taken the order didn't even come back to apologise. We will not be going back, there are plenty of nicer Turkish restaurants in Ipswich.

I placed the order, we hadn't eaten all the food when I informed you the order was incorrect. We weren't aggressive, that even ridiculous to say as we were their with our children. You didn't take the money for the chips because you knew you had provided a bad service. Although me and my husband was willing to pay you in cash. When we ordered squash the waiter bought us water. By the time we did get any food my children were hungry and started to eat! Any other restaurant would have corrected the issue. You waited till the end to ask my views of the whole situation.

Good quality food at affordable prices. Nice friendly staff

Really nice lady serving us. I said we had to be at the theatre for 7:15pm and she said she would do her best. We were handed our bill at exactly that time. Perfectly executed! Food was very tasty. I will have to go back and eat there again when I have more time. No complaints.

Great food and the owner is very friendly. They have belly-dancing on a few nights a year which are very good fun. The atmosphere is always very good (if you get the downstairs area as can be a bit quiet upstairs during the week).
