Can anyone help Alex and Jemma with some dog sitting while they are in Spain with baby James?
He is a 9 year-old staffy. Really kind and sweet and low maintenance. Fine to be left alone for the whole day if you work. Really good with kids but not always good with other dogs - he used to be great but has gotten grumpy in his old age with other dogs!
We are looking for someone to have him from Sunday 17th to Wednesday 20th please? Obviously happy to pay!

We are excited to announce that a baby Firth made a surprise appearance 12 days ago whilst Jemma, Alex and the kids were on holiday in Spain!!!
James Anthony Firth was born on the 28th May weighing 5lbs4. He was quite poorly when he was born and spent just over a week in ICU but we are happy to report Jemma and James are both doing very well now. James will hopefully be discharged in the next week or 2 and Jemma will be able to be reunited with Alex and the kids who travelled home on Sunday.
James is a fighter and the Firths have been blessed by incredible supoort from family, friends and total strangers in Spain!!

We are all excited for this special event this evening! Wish us luck & watch this space. x

Ive been having 2treatments a week for about 4weeks ,previously i could barely walk , getting no sleep ,was totally malaligned and in severe pain , and literally desperate .

I feel loads better, thanks to lewis , well worth the money , i can sleep , walk , pain has massivly reduced , still a way to go as i was so bad , wish i had done it sooner instead of suffering for so long - thanks lewis x

I cannot tell you the difference seeing zara has made, she is absolutely fantastic at her profession. I have literally crawled in there and walked up right on the way out!. The staff are really friendly and zara is a total professional and a Miracle worker.

Following two episodes of major surgery and then having spent 8 years living with constant 24 hr chronic pain, the cause of which had resulted from many misdiagnosed G.P. follow up visits, and being prescribed a daily cocktail of neuro toxic pain killers, I was faced with the awful reality of no longer being able walk without extreme pain, and could hardly bear to put my feet on the ground The "pain killers" had initially given me some relief but now even large daily dosages were giving little relief at all. Nobody within the general medical profession had ever got to grips with the real cause of my situation, and like so many other pain sufferers I was treated to ease the pain rather than having the cause correctly diagnosed. Thankfully I took the decision to find for myself an alternative solution, and that's were I was fortunate to find Dr Alex Firth. Alex assessed my case quickly and efficiently and was able due to his specialist Chiropractic knowledge explain to me what was really wrong and what treatment I really needed in orders to recover and get my life back together. So about 1 month ago my treatment at the Alba Spinal Centre Warrington began. I have so far been able to ditch the toxic combination of medications which were doing nothing except masking the real issue and I have been having two adjustment to my spine each week, and my central nervous system is now beginning to function correctly again, and my pain is easing without the toxic drugs.I am recovering and although at this stage in my treatment, I still have some pain, it is no where near as severe and I am able to walk again without crutches, I am still on a journey towards full recovery, but in just a few weeks Alex has done more for me than the rest of the medical profession combined who had only made matters worse over time. I wish to highly recommend Alex and his team at Alba and I wish I has used his services 8 years ago. In my case finding such a great alternative professional has been the best move I have ever made. Thank you Alex for everything you have done for me

I was recommended Alba by a friend so I though I'd give it a go. I noticed a difference immediately so I had two more appointments in the following weeks. After that I felt great. Due to time and funds (along with feeling better) I didn't return.

Five months later I started to suffer again. I've just had my third appointment and feel great again only this time I plan on having routine treatments to keep on top of the problem rather than waiting for the pain again.

I work in a very physically demanding job which takes it toll on the body and this is perfect to keep me at my best.

Best decision I ever made! After a desperate attempt to get rid of my migraines I phoned up and got an appointment that day as I felt my head would explode and was pregnant! I also have a toddler as well... the agony!! Lewis really helped me and then he helped with my pgp and kept me walking and active in my pregnancy like I hadn't been with my first!! I love all the team! The receptionists are the happiest I've ever met! Thank you you all for the support you have given and still do fit my back and pelvis!

Amazing place to go Brilliant at what they do and staff are friendliest around.

I am terrible for changing appointment at last minute due to my job but they always understand and rearrange
