Always helpful and friendly,. When you visit here for the first time you don't want to go anywhere else. They helped me understand the options and what's wrong with the a bike. The prices are reasonable. I have made this my go to bike shop for my bike needs.

Went there on a Saturday morning. The service that I have received was just poor! The man who served me was not helpful and just couldn't be bothered to answer any my questions. I could just tell that he wanted me to pay and leave. (He literally just wheeled my bike out of the shop after I have paid). Never in my life that I will come back to here again.

What wonderful service - me and my friend came in with a flat tire, asked if we could borrow a pump. The represenative of the shop was very helpful and kind. He tried out different pumps - even going as far as to open a new one - as the air wasn't going into the tires. Turns out the the valve on the bike was full of dirt and he very kindly cleaned it out.

Have had a couple of bikes from Albany Cycles. Really helpful and freindly.

me and my wife have both recently brought our first road bikes from albany. The staff in the shop are all awsome. the bike fit was amazing and totally changed the feel and comfort of the bike by a mile. They could of sold us 2 bikes that cost a lot more, but they advised on bikes to suit us and not to put more money in the till.

I am delighted with my new road bike, love it! Simon and his team were extremely helpful every step of the way and provided great support and guidance. You can really sense their passion for all things cycling when you go in and talk to them and I am grateful for their expertise. Pop in for a chat, you won't regret it.
