vile- oily & more bone & slimy batter than fish waste of money couldn't eat it!!

Chips, chicken wrap and fish are nice most of the time. Delivery times are good also.

Visited a couple of days ago and ordered Cod & chips. Apparently, according to the young lady serving, they only cook Cod to order. Food was wrapped well, drove the 5/10 minute journey home and have to say - food was fresh and delicious. Was very happy and we are going to try Chicken shish kebabs next to see how they compare to the Perfect Chef which we normally use and is very good.

I ordered my food at 19:06 and did not receive my food until 20:46. When I called at at around 20:25, the "lovely" lady who answered said that she couldn't tell me when my food was coming - just that it was on it's way. She also had the cheek to say that they only received the order at 19:20 (or something) and at that point they were "only 3 minutes late". Not true. No apology - nothing. And when my food finally arrived 1 hr and 40 minutes later, I asked the driver what caused the delay and he couldn't speak a word of English. Absolute dismal customer services; however the kebab and chips were really nice!!!

The kebabs from here are amazeballs.

10/10 would nom again.

THERE SHOULD BE A ZERO STAR OPTION!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! I ordered a margarita pizza from this place with extra toppings all suitable for my vegetarian based requirements... When my pizza arrived I discovered ham all over the pizza. I rung up Albany Gardens, Fish & Chips & Kebabs to try and resolve my issue to which the young girl who answered my call said I was moaning and it was my fault and I had ordered the wrong pizza!! I'm a vegetarian, I would hardly order meat, and make sure each time what I'm ordering. When a male came to the phone he also blamed myself and said it was my mistake making me feel incredibly stupid. His tone of voice was degrading and rude! I am disgusted as to how this company treat the clients considering I just spent £17.55 of my order! Won't be back again and strongly advise you order from somewhere else. Disgraceful.
