Lovely place and lovely helpful kind staff. People that use the sauna and steam rooms though need to have consideration for other users when having conversations amongst each other as it can get rather rowdy

I like it, most of the staff are very friendly. I don't attend as much as I used to due to being a mummy now, but when possible I go to Kyle's spinning class which is fantastic. He is a great instructor, fun, friendly and full of energy.

Why don't the evening staff ever pick up the phone. You walk in the place and reception is empty and they have the phone on a low ring tone..

So I love my spin class, but I am seriously tired of fighting for a bike that works! This is the second week I have had to do a class and cant see what I am doing as the screen doesn't work!! Not the most effective workout...

I don't normally moan but this is taking the pee that Albany know yet do nothing about it!

Albany gym.... please can we get the cardio equipment fixed. Stepper been broke over a month now. Bikes and treadmills broken.

Wednesday afternoon there was no swimming. They had a blow up assault course. Sauna n steam was filfy n smelly. Outside by the sauna n steam floors were dirty. The staff were more interested in seeing the kids play through the blow up assault course on the swimming pool....

Visited the steam room today was full of insects told by other users they have been there for ages despite been reported to reception staff very off putting horrible surely this is a health&safety issue!!

My sons swims every Monday night and the changing rooms are always filthy the floor has rubbish on. One cubicle had a soiled nappy in it. The changing rooms need to be serviced more regularly and be attended by an attendant. There are never any blue shoe covers do there is mud literally everywhere even poolside. Never enough seats for spectators. Not enough staff meaning the front desk no club manager to be seen anywhere. Showers are cold or not working at all. Empty shower gel bottles left on shower floors. Blocked toilets and now the swimming tutor is leaving I was told that one of the other tutors will cover his class maybe????.... It's a joke! Car park is too small never enough spaces so now we walk there. The only good thing I can say is how polite the lady in the front desk is dispite of all the problems she's dealing with on her own! They are severely understaffed the condition of the leisure centre is appalling. Some thing has to be done it can't get any worse. This week there were locker doors hanging off, no doubt they will be the same next week. Disgusting �!!!! Really not inspired at all Enfield Council!!!

Majority of bikes in Albany spin studio are broken and have been for over a year. Prices go up every year, yet equipment not maintained. Broken to the point of injuries occurring. Can hardly get on classes you want because the system crashes at the time booking opens.

I do not recommend. I was there today with my little daughter, cold water in the shower, we waited 10 minutes for the staff at the pool, people who do not wear protective shoe at the pool, they make calls where it is forbidden, staff not too pleasant and not too helpful,

We used to join with my boyfriend to this leisure centre, but we are very disappointed. Gym is very small and a lots of machine are broken and they don't fix or change them. Often I couldn't book on classes, because those are always full (before one week already). I wanted to cancel our membership because of these things, about what I sent an e-mail to administration team and they still didn't cancel my direct debit, but I asked them earlier and they still didn't reply to 2nd my e-mail too. Terrible service! I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Waste of time...timetable never updated online....then you turn up and they have decided to open early and its now full.....thank you very much.....very unreliable

Overall its okay. Most staff have very good customer service but one in particular most Wednesdays has been quite rude and abrupt. Every time you ask for help the person hasn’t been very helpful. For example today i was very upset when About 16.15 I’ve asked if the pool(learning ) was open, a very nice lady answered it was and has explained that the cover was on until people start coming in. Few minutes later my partner and child arrived asking to pay to use the pool, the Staff that i have been having quite a few issues with said that the pool was close. If my partner didn’t get in contact with and stand his ground, he would have gone home. For short If that person doesn’t have a good customer service which mean being helpful and giving relevant information, well perhaps Albany should think about re staffing.

It started off OK but as time went by i noticed people don't have gym etiquette. Free weights dumped everywhere waiting to cause an accident. Can't expect staff to tidy up every hour. Plenty of time wasters in there. A few good people in there but not enough equipment that I need. I've complained previously thru their customer surveys but doesn't seem like anything happens. Finally I've cancelled my membership going back to where I was and a funny thing was, when I cancelled the staff member asked me why? which I went off on a rant! Then she asked me to sign a form which I then realised was a customer service form which she neglected to ask me to fill in!!!!!!



Some people enjoy it in there I guess..........

I love a Sunday morning swim but getting turned away regularly due to no chlorine in the pool is becoming pretty tiresome. Either the management need to have a staff shake up or perhaps new management is necessary.

I have had a membership at albany leisure centre for many of years now and never before have I felt so let down.

The money that I pay does not justify the workout that I'm getting in the gym due to alot of the weight/toning machines being out of order plus cardio. There is only one of each of the leg press, abductor etc so I can't even use another machine. For a small gym you cannot allow this amount of equipment failure.

These machines have been reported for over a month if not longer and not even a date has been set to have these machines back in working order.

I feel the leisure centre is not providing a good service to all members. It seems like fusion lifestyle seem to put more money into their other centres!!!

I have been a member for a number of years and it is getting progressively worse, while the staff are generally friendly customer service is reactive rather than proactive and as there is rarely a week where there is not at least something out of order (at time of writing this review the steam room has been out of order for 4 weeks but it took over 2 weeks to apparently get permission for an engineer to come and look at it not fix it!) to which the most common response is often just "were sorry [insert pathetic excuse here] but you can always use one of our other centre's" but that would take up at least an extra hour of my time and additional cost to me when I am not receiving the service that I am paying for! (I personally think that @Enfield Council need to tell Fusion they need to improve or loose the contract.
