Access to premium top quality tickets remains our focus. Albemarle has excellent long-standing relationships and allocations of seats with the majority of West End theatres, which enables us to provide top-quality seats to all our customers.
Technology also plays a vital role in the company’s approach and Albemarle was one of the first ticket agencies to develop specialist, in-house software to provide a fast, modern and accurate reservations system. Albemarle were at the forefront of the growth in internet business and developed one of the earliest, popular theatre ticket websites in the mid 1990’s which attracted the attention of numerous press reports notably The New York Times.
