Believed this would be a faster service than going directly to the Apple store. They said I'd have my laptop back in 5 working days. On the fifth working day, I received an email that was only just then telling me what was covered by my warranty, and what wasn't (they hadn't even ordered the parts yet, which takes 3-4 working days). Almost 2 weeks later, I get it back.

I also found out that my battery was having to be replaced due to usage issues, not hardware, and that it wasn't covered by warranty. Appreciate this isn't their fault, and down to Apple's own warranty policies, however it's something they should have highlighted as a possibility when I took it in, so I'm not under the impression it's getting fixed free of charge, rather than slapping me in the face with a £280 bill.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Charged me to repair a known graphics fault on my Macbook Pro 2011. Apple have introduced a free repair programme for this fault but Albion claimed the problem is not covered.

Excellent service. David did an excellent job repairing my Dell Latitude and my SONY VPCZ series. He was able to source a replacement hard drive even though the model I needed was long out of production. Other laptop repair services couldn't even bother looking for a hard drive like that. Both laptops are now in mint condition and works perfectly.
I would go back there again any time.

Had an awful experience here. Took my Mac into the shop as it kept turning itself off daily. They charged me to do a 'diagnosis' and took my mac away, taking me out of business for two weeks. Then they called to say nothing was wrong with it and all was working normally with no detected problems. I picked it up and its still a broken Mac that turns off each day! Surely a Mac turning itself off daily is not 'working normally' A total waste of my money and time.

TERRIBLE service in this store. After misdiagnosing my machines condition I had to bring it back to them to receive another diagnosis of the problem which is now one they cannot fix.

If they identified the problem the first time round, I would have my machine and not be out of pocket with upset clients.

Even though their site states they are open till 18.00 they were CLOSED at 17.30, I discovered this after taking a £25 taxi ride to the store to pick up my machine. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!

Good customer service experience. Bought my new MacBook Pro from these guys last week. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
