So my appointment is at 8.50 in the morning. The surgery has not even been open for a full hour and already my appointment is running 25mins late and counting. Whatever time your appointment is always allow an extra hour waiting time on top of that as you will never be seen on time. Also no acknowledgement to let you no they are running later or how long you will be sitting waiting

The doctors at the centre are as anyone would expect them to be. However the front reception staff are lacking even the most basic customer service skills. Over the phone and face to face. We understand the centre must be busy at times, and things might get stressfull, however not being able to communicate with clients in a rational manner is absolutely unacceptable specially in the NHS. It almost feels like the front receptionist is arguing and talking over the client. That *know it all* attitude is always on play. I was reffered to an ECG appointment after I saw my doctor. He told me that I would be reffered to a specialist within the week and to wait for a phone call. I waited 3 weeks... No form of communication from the centre. Its until I called the centre up and asked them what has happened? that they booked me in for an ECG appointment the next month. In other words I have waited 3 weeks for absolutely nothing because the staff are simply that lazy and cannot chase matters in an efficient manner. Peoples lives are at stake here, and to be receiving help from a group of individuals who are more concerned about the time they sign out its pure filth. Human recourses need to review this centre.

Impatient, unfriendly and unsympathetic staff every time I go. On hold for an hour trying to book an appointment and the line cut suddenly before talking to staff.

I just received at home the medical history of one patient from this centre. Obviously I am a decent person and I will return it to the centre but I literally have 20 pages of personal information from this patient (a little girl) that came straight to my house. Terrifying.

Good service as best as possible from the staff. Too many people in one area and from my side people hate to stay in que. whatever I get always polite question polite answer. I can't complain.

Getting an appointment is next to impossible. The waiting area looks like it needs a good clean. And astonishingly they're taking on new patients when they can't provide a service to their existing ones!
This was my experience in the past. My latest experience was getting an appointment - the following week - and arriving only to be told the doctor was no longer with the surgery and I'd have to go to some other surgery another day for an appointment. No offer of another doctor. No attempt to contact me to cancel my appointment once they knew the doctor had left. I only managed to get seen because I kicked up a fuss and refused to be turned away from my agreed appointment (which I'd also received a reminder about the day prior). Poor.

Disgusting. I went the first time (after two weeks waiting for the appointment) because I burnt my hand in the kitchen where I work. I asked more than once what could do for my finger without skin but... They prefere to ask me for urine exams and they decide that was fair enough to do some exams even to my vagina.
Now I have a cyst. Something really painful on the top of my bonetail and trust me.... I needed to ask my holidays cause I can even walk properly and so I decided to call The Centre... But when they pick up (after exactly 15 mins) they told me "Yes, we have free place for friday" so I answer that I wanted to book this appointment but... She reply "But you can't. You need to do it tomorrow at 8.55" .... I was so disappointed and offended that I just hang up..... How is that possible? This centre is a disaster. They help just who they want to help.... And I lost complitely trust in them. Hope that clever people will not come back to this Centre anymore.

I could have written some of these reviews myself. Horrible service at reception. They never pick up the phone either. It's always a 2 week wait to get a appointment. That's if the reception staff chose you need one which often they don't.

The doctors are good though.

THIS IS THE WORST PRACTICE IV'E EVER BEEN TOO. i'm not sure what her name was but she was very rude and intimidating. I would recommend any one to use any other health center but this center as the customer service is really poor. Many of these workers are ignorant and should understand they are being paid to be doing what they are doing so does a smile or a simple hello cost anything.
