The staff and clinicians here at Alchemist take the responsibility to protect your health seriously. Whilst COVID-19 is a new strain of coronavirus and for the fit and healthy, it remains a mild illness we have instituted the following measures:
• Staff feeling unwell / showing symptoms will be asked not to come to work. • We will greet clients with warm smiles rather than handshakes and hugs! • We will regularly clean door handles and shared surfaces with a powerful viricida...l/bacterial disinfectant during the day and after the clinic closes. • All clients will be asked to wash their hands-on arrival and departure. • All staff will hand wash between clients. • Tissues can be found around the clinic to help catch it, bin it and kill it. • We kindly request that any clients displaying known symptoms do not attend the clinic, we will understand if appointments need to be rescheduled. • Appointments will be well spaced out to allow extra hygiene measures between patients and avoid cross over in waiting areas. • Gloves (and face masks if required) will be worn by staff during your treatment.
