I phoned but no call back
Eventually worked out how to put on new toilet seat, its brand new and looks marvellous now. Didn't cost me any money to fit. So feel proud of myself for fitting it!!

I do not usually leave comments or feedback about companies, but I just wanted to let anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable and value for money, that this is a fantastic company. they not only helped me out at speed, knowing that I am a disabled customer, in need of a quick solution to the problem which occurred, but who also made sure that I had the right additional local professional who I also needed to solve the complex issue I had in my home. I would have no problem in recommending this lovely, reassuring and friendly, straight talking company to anyone else who finds themselves in need of a plumber within my local area. Having had poor experience from another tradesman, Ross and Tony stepped in to install and reinforce with timber supports a heavy duty bath, to meet specific needs at our address. I was consulted at every stage where additional accessories were required to ensure the plumbing in the bathroom was more efficient.
