Took friends there and it was quite busy but good place

A fantastic hospital with brilliant staff. They're neuro team are amongst the best in the country and some of the nurses are amazing.

They saved our son life and the staff were very kind. Great facilities, we are so lucky to have this hospital in the north west. THANK YOU to everyone who works there.

Staff are caring and the place is modern with great facilities. If you have to venture in to the children's emergency department the waits like today can be up to 4 hours. Try telling that to a sick 18 month old when it's laid out just like the royal a&e no toys nothing to keep children busy. In fact I waited less time in the royal a&e which is embarrassing. A really upsetting experience just doesn't have it where it really counts!

Fabulous hospital clean and fresh with great facilitates for the children and parents with lovely gardens.Kind friendly staff and volunteers who couldn't do enough to help. My little girl although unwell really enjoyed her stay and was not nervous or fretful. Thank you to everyone who helped we are blessed to have such a wonderful hospital on our doorstep.x x x x

Went for my sons tonsillectomy and they threw in an adenectomy for no extra charge. Excellent facilities, the new 'atrium' is nice, feels like you're at an airport. The brekkie at the cafe was nice too.

90% of the staff I have dealt with have been fantastic, although some have let it down. The majority being the G3 reception staff. I understand they must be busy at times but it takes 2 seconds to look up and say "I will be with you in a moment" (or something of that description) Unfortunelty, every time I have been there I have been stood waiting while they sit looking at the computer for 5 minutes before they even look up. Personally I find it ignorant.

It was 7 yr since we were there with our son. We go back this year 2017 for a check up. Fantastic place, fantastic staff.

My daughter spent 3 weeks here after being involved inRTA. The staff were amazing. They are true Angels .This hospital is the best in the country .
