Throughout his working life, Peter has always been involved in providing financial services to the general public. He first trained and practiced as an Independent Financial Advisor gaining all three financial planning certificates and went on to train new financial advisors for five years. Peter then decided to move into estate planning and Wills after experiencing the death of a close friend who had not made a Will.
Now with over 10 years estate planning experience, Peter has developed extensive technical knowledge combined with his natural approachability, and in 2006 attended a law Society Approved Course to gain a greater understanding of setting up trusts and the Probate Process. Peter now runs his own small practise and deals directly with his own clients to provide basic and technical Wills involving trusts and taking advantage of allowances for business relief and then providing a full probate service or just advice. Peter Hoare has qualified with S T E P with The Advanced Certificate In Will Preparation.

Peter also drafts Wills and advises other Will Writers on some technical aspects and drafts Wills and provides training for accountants and financial advisor’s and mortgage brokers and estate agents who wish to make additional income from taking Will instructions.
