Lee Newson came down to range today with his girls Savannah, Sienna N, Chantelle & Sienna B. They all had a great time and were as good as Lee as he is at Fishing, so pretty good😃👍 See you again soon.

So here are the photos of young Josh and his catch. This young man has talent in abundance, with the watchful eye of his Dad he really is going to catch many more over the years. Thanks to Dad Tony his fish care is up amongst the best. Privilege to have you on our members scheme.

went bank holiday with a groupon voucher what a amazing place clean tidy great tackle shop brilliant more than helpfull staff.never felt uncomfortable or uneasy like you can in big match fishing or fisheries.put on great pegs on pine lakes my mate who was disabled was given a lift to his peg and picked up when we phoned up.nothing was a problem for any of the staff.we caught all day method feeder down the edge pellet wag.great stamp of fish and most were in great condition..� will definitely be back as i found pleasure fishing was great fun and a great place to learn new tactics and gain confidence.thanks again alders farm all the staff the lady behind the counter and trever price

What a fantastic clean fishery. Staff very helpful. Nothing but peace and quiet. I fished here yesterday on pines. Some guys had a match and i was sat in the pegs they wanted to use. But they were good enough to let me stay and find other pegs! Massive thankyou to you guys! Defo fish here again!

Really good day out. Staff were so helpful, gave good advice, and even offered to help carry our gear. Catching all day and lovely condition fish. Beautiful location with plenty of space between pegs. Will definitely be back.

Myself and a friend fished for 24 hours in hot conditions and still managed 7 each. Already an excellent and well run fishery. Clean ,good facilities,friendly staff and management. A very bright future ahead. And to top it off,we had a very enjoyable hour on the rifle range.

Lovely fishery and lovely staff all willing to help... the breakfast is very good and the Fishing was also good at this time of year although a bit muddy... definitely recommend

Just returned from 3 days at the fishery with 20 lads from the Maggotdrowning forum for our annual Pairs Weekend, I have to say the whole 3 days were some of the most enjoyable I've spent at the waterside.

Can't praise the staff highly enough for the way they went about accomodating our needs. Breakfast was outstanding, bait ordered for us at very reasonable rates and the fishing itself was top class, with Trevor taking time out to offer tips and advise to those that were unfamiliar with the fishery.

It says it all that we have already booked to return again next year.

Thanks very much to everyone at Alders Farm Fishery for ensuring that you made 20 anglers very happy with their visit.

In a word awesome.....you need to be on your toes to win on this place, no shortage of bites from any peg. In the summer you need in access of 250 to frame. The owners are lovely, very welcoming and the locals will tell you what you need to know.

Great match venue and if you get it right you can pretty much win from anywhere.

Surroundings are beautiful, and I'm very much looking forward to fishing there again this year.

Had a great weekend with Maggotdrowners. Every member of the team at Alders Farm made us feel welcome and looked after us superbly. Fresh maggots every day, good quality and very reasonably priced. Sound advice from Trevor on how to fish pegs. Superb breakfast and great fishing. We could ask for no more. If I lived closer I would be using the place regularly. Thanks to you all.(y)

Great shooting facility with top end equipment. Visited with my 11 year old and we had a blast! Had a nice chat with the owners and was made to feel very welcome. Will be back for more shooting and also fishing. Highly recommended!

Great fishery. With fantastic owners and staff, Lewis, Trev and the ladies. Always made to feel extremely welcome. Recommend the open matche, great bunch of fella's. The tackle shop is shaping up to be top draw. A must visit.

Great day with my 4yr old daughter catching plenty of carp.. she never wanted to leave. Friendly set up and having the new shop is a great addition.. can’t wait to return

For me it was the first time I had visited Alders Farm Fishery and as the Maggotdrowning Pairs Tournament organiser it was also with an element of trepidation not knowing the fishery - there was no need for any apprehension as we were all looked after, bait was fresh, advice on hand, an excellent breakfast, the fishing was awesome (Pines and Ash Lakes) and to be honest it was one of the best weekend events we'd had for quite a while.



Many thanks go to Trev, Charlotte, Sophie and Lewis and the staff for making us all welcome and we'll see you again next year

Fantastic fishery which is placed in a picturesque setting and is kept in fabulous condition, its different to most others fishery's as the owner/staff are all friendly and respect anglers. I highly recommend people to go and visit �

Spent a day on Ash lake with 2 friends.

We all had plenty of fish out nothing big but the little ones still put up a great scrap on light tackle. Well worth a visit. Staff friendly and probably the cleanest portable loo I've ever used.

Lovely location fished Pine lake, told it had different variety of fish in it, got bored catching carp all day. But great facilities would recommend.
